1,000 Pink Light Committee at Saw Creek supports breast cancer patients
Recently during the 2nd Annual 1,000 Pink Lights Walk, $2,100.00 was raised and donated to the Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund/Pocono Foundation. These funds will be used to financially assist breast cancer patients at our local Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center.

Halterman’s continues its support to local  breast cancer patients
Recently though Halterman’s community fund, $1,000 was donated to the Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund/LVHN-Pocono Foundation. “Halterman’s continues to support our cause, financially assisting breast cancer patients who are going through treatment at our local Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center.  We are so appreciative of their strong commitment in making a difference.” states Carole’ Ann F. The Great Oak Ski and Board Club (GO SKI) donated $400 to Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund.
This Club has supported the Fund every year since the inception of “Paint the Mountain Pink” annual event.

Recently during “Denim Day”, the employees at Merchants Bank of Bangor, donated $205.00 to the Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund. Both Merchants Bank and the Fund service friends and family in our local community.  Through this partnership, the Merchants Bank literally demonstrated their slogan, “Experience the Difference”, by helping to make a difference in the lives of breast cancer patients.

First Northern Bank & Trust Co. team supports breast cancer fund
Every Friday is considered “Dress Down” day at all First Northern Bank & Trust branches.
Team members pay $1.00 which is matched by headquarters on a quarterly basis; each branch
chooses it’s own charity.  Recently the Stroudsburg branch donated $132.00 to the Hope for
Strength Breast Cancer Fund which will help continue to support the Fund’s mission. For more
